Description

1.Identify and approach potential customers, companies, restaurants, offices, institutions, and event organizers.
2.Promote buffet catering, corporate catering, event catering,
3.Generate new sales leads through field visits, telephone calls, referrals, and networking.
4.Prepare and submit quotations, menus, proposals, and pricing to customers.
5.Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
6.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
7.Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated.
8.Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding amounts when required.
9.Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
10.Attend exhibitions, events, and business networking activities to generate new leads.
11.Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with management for resolution.


Salary- Negotiable

Minimum 5 years of experience in a buffet/catering company is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) residency is required.

Valid Kuwait Driving License is required.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
