Position 1: HR Generalist
Location: Kuwait (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with Kuwaiti Labor Law and local statutory regulations.
• Manage employee relations, handle workplace inquiries, and support performance management.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS/attendance records.
• Maintain government portal transactions (visas, work permits, and civil IDs) as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of proven HR experience in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR administration.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid and transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18).

Position 2: Odoo Developer
Location: Kuwait (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated experience with Odoo ERP
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (Python, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL) tailored to business workflows.
• Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party applications, government systems, or internal databases.
• Troubleshoot system bugs, optimize database performance, and support end-users across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and deploy new Odoo features or custom reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP development and implementation experience.
• Strong command of Python, Odoo ORM, QWeb, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Odoo HR, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting modules.
• Valid and transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18) and ready to join immediately.
