Job Scope:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, planning, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities, ensuring effective financial controls, monitoring cash flow, providing financial analysis and strategic recommendations, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A postgraduate qualification would be preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in managerial positions.
- Professional qualifications such as CMA, CFA, or equivalent would be preferred.
- Strong experience in financial management, financial planning and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Experience overseeing accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Previous experience in trading, Oil & Gas, or contracting industries is highly preferred.
- Good command of English language, Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to details.
