• Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
• Identifying and resolving any problems in day-to-day operations
• Plan delivery routes & assign drivers accordingly.
• Ensure monitoring of vehicle is under GPS tracking system and properly managed.
• Handling and managing drivers and their attendance or roster.
• Monitor the service standard for limousine service Communicate with the company whenever issues arise.
• Respond to CRM feedback or complaints coming from customers.
