Dear Applicant,

We urgently required an experienced Kuwaiti PRO (Mandoob).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing public relations strategies and campaigns to enhance the reputation and image of the organization.
• Should have full knowledge of the country Labor Law and governmental affairs.
• To process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of social affairs, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
• Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. In social affairs office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations.
• Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical checkup, finger prints, medical insurance for all new employees of Company timely.
• Coordinate employment / visit visas and health cards issuance.
• Timely follow-up on residences renewal.
• Reminder for Employee Passport renewal.
• Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, civil ids, and other important documents.
• Mandatory for the applicants to have more than 5 years’ experience for the same position with full knowledge of the country Labor Law and governmental affairs.
• Only Kuwaiti National will be entertained.
• Should have good command on English.
