**UAPCO** is seeking a creative, highly motivated, and experienced Marketing Officer to join its team within the **Agricultural Sector**.

📌 **Job Title:** Marketing Officer – Agricultural Sector
📍 **Location:** Sulaibiya, Kuwait

### **Qualifications and Requirements**
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within agricultural companies or the agricultural sector.
- Knowledge of agricultural products, plants, nurseries, landscaping, irrigation systems, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural services.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify new clients and uncover new business opportunities.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the Kuwaiti market or the Gulf (GCC) market is preferred.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for agricultural products and services.
- Promoting agricultural products, plants, nursery offerings, landscaping services, and related agricultural solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and attracting potential clients. - Manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content related to the agricultural sector.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Visit clients, suppliers, farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, and potential customers as needed.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and agricultural activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide proposals regarding market opportunities.
- Support the sales and business development team in achieving company goals.
