Position: Safety Officer (HSE) - 2

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to help us maintain a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor the company’s health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment
• Maintain safety documentation, permits to work, and incident records
• Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• [3–5] years of experience as a Safety Officer.
• Recognized safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• First Aid and Fire Safety certifications (preferred)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Position: Dispatcher - 1
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, prioritize, and assign job orders and delivery requests to drivers and vehicles
• Plan efficient routes and schedules to meet deadlines and reduce costs
• Track vehicles and drivers in real time and update customers and management on status
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, warehouse, and operations teams
• Handle delays, breakdowns, and emergencies quickly and find practical solutions
• Ensure drivers follow safety rules, working-hour limits, and company policies
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, trip logs, and delivery documentation
• Verify that vehicles are properly documented, inspected, and ready for use
• Coordinate with maintenance on vehicle servicing and availability
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on fleet performance and deliveries
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• [1-3] years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination
• Good knowledge of local roads, areas, and routes in [City/Region]
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GPS/fleet tracking or dispatch software
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
