Procurement Officer – Gzone General Trading & Contracting (Kuwait)



Gzone General Trading & Contracting is hiring a Procurement Officer to source and purchase materials, equipment and subcontracted services for our projects in Kuwait.



Responsibilities:

- Collect and compare supplier quotations and prepare comparison sheets

- Support tender pricing with fast, accurate supplier quotes

- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules

- Issue purchase orders and follow up until delivery to site

- Coordinate local purchases and imports, including customs documents

- Check deliveries against POs and approved specifications

- Maintain the approved vendor list and procurement records

- Ensure materials meet client and consultant approvals (KOC, MPW, MEW where applicable)



Requirements:

- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field

- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in contracting or trading in Kuwait/GCC

- Knowledge of construction, MEP and fit-out materials

- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

- Good Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus

- Good English; Arabic is an advantage

- Valid Kuwait driving licence and transferable residency preferred



Salary is Negotiable
