Description

? Following ITSM Process, ITIL Certified
? Monitoring the ticking system for incoming tickets, updates, and closures. Provide initial first call resolution support.
? Ticketing application knowledge
? Patch Management , deploying patches through sccm
? Knowledge about SCCM , Active Directory, NAS storage
? Troubleshoot hardware & Software Problems (printers/desktops/CCTV/ hardware/network/software) provide support through remotely at the internal workplace.
? Work with management to provide continual service improvement of our service desk processes and knowledge base.
? Provision of effective Incident Management, working closely with resolver groups to undertake effective Problem Management.
? Handling the procurement activities.
? Coordinate with Vendors and report procurement activities, plans, and results with key representatives across the organization.
? Work with IT infrastructure and business units across the enterprise to ensure proper acceptance and support IT asset management’s tracking of the enterprise’s hardware equipment
? Creating Weekly and Monthly report, and achieving the target 80 % on First Time Fix.
Bachelor degree in information technology OR related field of study with CCNP, MCSE/MCPIT Certification / Diploma in CS
Residence Location: Kuwait
