Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and sales, with knowledge and experience in website development, SEO, online product marketing, and LinkedIn strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
- Collaborate with external partners or freelancers for website development and enhancements.
- Manage and promote online products through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Utilize LinkedIn as a platform to build professional connections, engage with industry influencers, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and online campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in an online business setting.
- Strong knowledge of website development principles, with the ability to collaborate with external partners or freelancers.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and online marketing strategies.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn for business development and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
