Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
