We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and posting engaging static, animated, and video-based content across various social media platforms.

You will also be tasked with managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Google and Facebook.

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including static posts, animated graphics, video clips, reels, ads, and other multimedia content.
-Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software to produce high-quality creative assets.
-Monitor social media trends, platforms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
-Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and tone.
-Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with the audience.
-Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and optimize content accordingly.
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
-Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and goals.
-Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies to propose innovative ideas and techniques.

Qualifications:

-Degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience).
-Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
-Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics.
-Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
-Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
-Experience in creating static, animated, and video-based content for social media.
-Knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
-Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
-Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
