Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to identify, engage, and convert leads into contracts within the oil & gas, and infra projects.The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, existing client relationships, and the ability to strategically market our services to contractors, EPC companies, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and target potential clients. Related to company scope of work
o Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
o Promote manpower supply services (skilled/unskilled labour, technical staff).
o Market equipment rental services (heavy equipment, tools, machinery) to construction and oilfield clients.
o Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations..
o Maintain CRM and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within oil & gas, construction, or manpower/equipment rental industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and generating revenue.
