We're seeking a skilled Fleet Controller to manage our vehicle fleet operations. This role involves coordinating fleet activities, ensuring timely maintenance, accurate records, and efficient communication with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate in-fleeting and de-fleeting processes with suppliers and clients.
Ensure vehicles are received in optimal condition with complete documentation.
Assign vehicles based on company guidelines and client needs.
Oversee vehicle deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with HR for staffing and gate pass arrangements.
Supervise fleet personnel and assess performance.
Manage vehicle security, parking, and maintenance scheduling.
Maintain up-to-date records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:

Solid understanding of fleet management principles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in fleet management software.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Previous fleet management experience preferred.
