Position: - Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: - Kuwait

Responsibilities:
1. Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
2. Oversee staff on a daily basis.
3. Routine checks of APU, ILU, Shower Trailers, etc.
4. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
5. Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
6. Respond to client complaints and special requests.
7. Monitor and replenish cleaning products.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas as per SOW.

Requirements and skills:
1. Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with deep cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations.
3. Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
4. Excellent organizational and team management skills.
5. Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
7. Any Diploma or Bachelors.
8. Driving License – Kuwait or Home Country
