Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the civil and structure building industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets, acquiring new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the company. Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer need to identify potential areas for growth.
- Conduct market research with the team and gather data to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil and structure building area.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve the target of bringing in at least 1 million KWD worth of projects within a year, with monthly transaction goals.

3. Client Acquisition:
- Acquire a specified number of new construction clients within the designated timeframe.

4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Set sales quotas, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback to the team.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the estimation manager and civil project manager to ensure projects are progressing as per schedule.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create competitive project proposals/contracts.

6. Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Monitor sales expenses and profitability of projects.

7. Contract Conversion:
- Collaborate with the technical team to create competitive project proposals/contract by ensuring proposals/contract meet client requirements and align with company capabilities and profit margin.
- Maintain a high success rate in converting project proposals into contracts.

8. Client Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

9.Customer Satisfaction:
- Measure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback.

10. Reporting and Presentation:
- Update regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts in CRM.
- Present sales performance data to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Bilingual English and Arabic
- Proven 10+ years of experience in sales management in the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of civil and structure building industry trends and practices.
