Description

As a Social Media Executive, your role is crucial in developing and implementing a successful social media strategy to enhance the online presence and engagement of our company. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to foster meaningful connections, increase brand awareness, and drive community engagement. Here are your key responsibilities:
Responsibility:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Plan, create, publish, review, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
- Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations and product development teams.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Qualification and requirements:

- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- A degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media executive.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
- Candidate must have transferable residence status in Kuwait.
