Description

We are urgently looking for a proactive and organized candidate to manage our Procurement operations as well as handle Ministry Approvals & Clearance Procedures.

📍 Location: Salmiya
📅 Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
📝 Procurement:

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers

Preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries

Coordinating with warehouse, accounts & vendors

📝 Ministry Approvals & Clearance:

Handling documentation for MOH & other government bodies

Following up on ministry approvals, clearance, and license renewals

Liaising with clearing agents and government departments

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in procurement/government approvals

Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills

Knowledge of documentation and clearance processes

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
