1. Procurement Officer:

Role: The procurement officer is responsible for managing the procurement process within the construction company. Their primary focus is on acquiring the necessary materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Identifying and sourcing suppliers and vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services.

Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions, including prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.

Vendor Management: Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and evaluating their performance to ensure the quality and timely delivery of goods and services.

Cost Control: Monitoring and controlling procurement costs to optimize the company''s budget and expenses.

Compliance: Ensuring that the procurement process complies with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

2. Salesman (Sales Representative):

Role: The salesperson or sales executive, is responsible for promoting our company''s services, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients in the construction industry.

Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing sales leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, and responding to inquiries.

Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of the company''s products and services, as well as their benefits and competitive advantages.

Sales Presentations: Making compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the company''s offerings can meet their construction needs.
