Job Duties & Responsibilities
● Plan and achieve monthly Sales Objectives (Output & Input).
● Convert inbound leads generated through marketing efforts into actual sales. This involves responding promptly to inquiries, understanding customer needs, and presenting the platform as a valuable and tailored solution. Also, proactively seek new sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral, and other available methods, using the telephone, internet, email, etc.
● Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s property management software and services. Be able to explain how these
solutions can benefit potential customers and address their specific pain points.
● Use a consultative approach to understand each prospect’s unique requirements and provide solutions that align with their
needs. Tailor product presentations and demonstrations accordingly.
● Conduct virtual or in-person product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the property
management solution.
● Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline to track and prioritize leads, opportunities, and follow-ups. Use CRM tools
to stay organized.
● Work toward achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas set by the company.
● Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients. Address questions, concerns, and objections effectively and
professionally.
● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to share customer insights, market trends,
and feedback to improve the product and marketing strategies.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for product improvement and
differentiation.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
● Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development team for continuous product enhancement.
● Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
● Ensure a smooth transition of new customers to the onboarding and customer relations teams after a sale is completed.
● Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and provide insights to the management team.
● Comply with company policies, pricing structures, and sales processes.

Key Skills
● 3+ years of experience in outbound/inbound sales, account management, or equivalent roles.
Previous experience in sales, especially in a B2B or B2C sales role, is highly desirable. This could include inside sales,
outbound sales, or other customer-facing positions.
● A basic understanding of the real estate industry and property management can be beneficial. Familiarity with property
management software and solutions is a plus.
● Understanding of customer needs and a customer-centric mindset.
● Expert with using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and other sales technology, with experience with HubSpot.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
● Skilled at identifying customer pain points and proposing solutions that meet those needs.
● Adaptable and open to learning about new products and industry trends.
● Self-disciplined and motivated to meet sales targets and quotas, especially when working independently.
● Effective time management skills for managing leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
