Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with office coordination and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Arabic
Experience supporting high level executives
Background in corporate, investment, consulting, general trading or fast-paced professional environments
