We're Hiring | Senior Sales Executive – Digital Marketing 🇰🇼.

A leading technology and marketing company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to join its growing team.

📍 Location: Kuwait
👤 Age: 26–35 years
⚡ Immediate joiners preferred
🇰🇼 Applicants must currently reside in Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
✅ Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
✅ Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial offers, and close deals.
✅ Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
✅ Oversee brand positioning, content strategy, and marketing communications.
✅ Support PR activities, events, and corporate campaigns.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI.
✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
📈 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or public relations.
💡 Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, lead generation, and brand development.
🎯 Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
🤝 Proven experience in client relationship management and business growth.
📊 Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and ROI metrics.
🌐 Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
🚀 Proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
