Job Description
Basraa.app is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Sales Staff member to promote our delivery services, acquire new business clients, build strong merchant relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients, including restaurants, retailers, e-commerce businesses, and other merchants.
• Generate sales leads through market research, cold calling, emails, referrals, and direct business visits.
• Present and explain Basraa's delivery services, pricing, and business solutions to prospective clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, sales presentations, and business discussions.
• Prepare and share commercial proposals and quotations as approved by management.
• Negotiate with prospective clients within approved company pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active business partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Operations and Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and potential market opportunities.
• Be willing to undertake any additional assignments, duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, based on operational and business requirements.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads, approach customers, and close sales.
• Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and conduct field visits when required.
• Previous experience in delivery services, logistics, restaurants, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

Working Hours
• 10 hours per day, including break.
• Weekly Off: Friday.
• Working schedules may vary depending on operational requirements.

Salary Range
KWD 250–400 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
