Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer – Business Development (Steel Fabrication) & Installations
Location: Kuwait
About the Role: We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in Steel Fabrication and a strong footprint in the Kuwaiti market. This role is heavily focused on Business Development, leveraging your client network to aggressively increase our market share, while leading and developing our technical resources & operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business & Market Growth: Drive the BD strategy to win major contracts, expand revenue, and significantly increase market share in Kuwait.
• Client Relations: Utilize and expand your strong network with key clients, contractors, and consultants to secure long-term partnerships.
• Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop technical and operational teams, improving processes and driving excellence.
• Technical Expertise: Provide high-level mechanical oversight for steel fabrication projects, ensuring quality from estimation to delivery.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have proven, extensive experience in the Kuwait market specifically in Steel Fabrication.
• Strong track record in Business Development, winning contracts, and growing market share.
• Excellent existing relationships with key clients and stakeholders in Kuwait.
• Proven leadership, management, and team development skills.
• Transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18) preferred.
