Description

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assistant with experience in kiosk production and fit-out execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the production, fabrication, and installation of uniquely designed kiosks and booths.
• Coordinate and supervise fit-out execution, ensuring designs are delivered accurately and professionally.
• Source and work with a variety of materials, including different types of steel, wood, fabrics, and other finishing materials.
• Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and contractors without compromising on quality.
• Manage time, materials, and resources efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with designers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Pay exceptional attention to detail, finishing, and workmanship to maintain our luxury brand standards.
• Ensure all kiosks meet the quality expectations of premium, five-star customer-facing locations.
Requirements:
• Practical experience in kiosk production, fabrication, or fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of materials, construction methods, finishes, and supplier sourcing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and resource optimization abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to get things done efficiently.
• A strong understanding of precision, quality control, and the importance of every detail in luxury environments.
Must understand the importance of luxury quality and flawless execution in premium, five-star customer-facing locations.
