-Indian or Kuwaiti driving license.
-Experience with overlooking workers performance and writing reports.
- Experience in making and following work schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering.

Pluses:
-Knowledge in AutoCAD and other drafting programs.
