Urgent Requirement for the following position at a leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait:

Position: Foreman (Steel Factory)
Requirements:
• Lead and supervise all steel fabrication activities, including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved fabrication and assembly drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor production targets, allocate manpower effectively, and coordinate with project and stores teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations, proper use of tools and PPE, and maintain discipline, training, and performance standards within the workshop.

Position: Scaffolding Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Salary Range: KWD 450+ Free Accommodation
