Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing superior customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will welcome customers, provide product knowledge, process transactions, and offer solutions to customer needs.
Responsibilities: -
-Cultivate a strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
-Should know about indoor and outdoor plant’s names
- Greet and establish support with customers upon entering the store
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Offer excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Generate leads and reach out to customers to promote sales and new products
- Meet individual and store sales goals
- Participate in showroom promotions
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge
Skills Requirements: -
-Agriculture/Horticulture Degree or Diploma holder
- 2 to 3 year’s experience required in agriculture industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
