Description

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization’s financial performance and direct our Accounting operations.

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing Accounting records, evaluating, and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, and overseeing accounting operations within our Organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure and prompt coordination in auditing processes for ensuring accuracy of financial information.
• Responsible for directing the fiscal functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.
• Review financial policies and internal controls and ensure adherence or seek amendment if necessary to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Develop credibility for the Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, Financial Reports, forecasts, and financial trends to assist the CFO and other Senior Executives in performing their responsibilities.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions whenever required.
• Identify and develop financial risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
• Monitoring the bank dealings, facilities & funds, and meeting company’s financial obligations.

Job Requirements:
• Should have relevant recognized formal qualifications – Master’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Management at a Managerial Level.
• Should have strong Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting fundamentals.
• Strong Auditing experience with proven proficiency in Accounting Software.
