Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all daily operational activities across the company’s logistics and cleaning services divisions. The role requires a strong hands-on professional with extensive experience in service operations, workforce management, client coordination, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate must be able to oversee field teams, ensure service quality, manage urgent operational issues, and support business growth through effective execution and client handling. The candidate must be immediately available to join and must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of logistics and cleaning service activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between office staff, field teams, drivers, cleaners, and client accounts.
Supervise the scheduling, deployment, and movement of teams and vehicles based on service requirements.
Monitor job orders, service completion, and client satisfaction to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle last-minute changes, urgent service requests, and operational emergencies professionally.
Manage manpower planning for packing, moving, loading, unloading, deep cleaning, and regular cleaning assignments.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate job execution after bookings are confirmed.
Visit client sites when necessary to assess service requirements and resolve issues on the ground.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of field employees.
Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
Maintain proper communication with clients regarding schedules, service updates, and issue resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Ensure that company vehicles, equipment, tools, and cleaning materials are used properly and maintained in good condition.
Support training and guidance for drivers, cleaners, helpers, and operational staff.
Enforce company policies, work standards, and safety procedures across all teams.
Assist in business development activities by supporting service expansion and customer retention.
Work closely with management to improve systems, reduce delays, and maintain service quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, packing and moving, or cleaning services.
Strong practical experience in managing field operations and service teams.
Proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
Must hold a valid driving license.
Must be immediately available to join.
Must have knowledge of BDM (Business Development and Marketing) to support client handling, lead generation, and business growth.
Experience in coordinating logistics operations, service scheduling, and manpower deployment will be considered a strong advantage.
