We are looking for an Indian Lady who have experience in handling the Purchase activities.

Specifications:
• Monitor and manage purchasing activities to meet the company's needs.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies to ensure that necessary items are in stock.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is accurate and compliant with legal and
company regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any related issues.
• Manage the company record and maintain financial records.
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
