Career and Behavior Counselor

“Pakistan English School and College is looking to employ a dynamic career and behavior counselor with excellent English-speaking skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.”

Brief Job Description: The counselor provides guidance and mentorship to the school students in different areas relating to personal, academic, parental, and social aspects related to their lives in the institute, more specifically guiding the students on career pathways, selecting local and foreign universities matching the student’s requirements, procedures, and criteria, running the school’s career counseling programs at various levels, and also providing assistance to the parents on behalf of the school's leadership team.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Counseling/Guidance, or Social Work.
Experience: Minimum two years in Kuwait (knowledge of multiple counseling approaches and familiarity with online learning platforms)
Nationality: Any national
Language skills: English and Arabic
Gender: male or female
Visa status: transferable
Salary: Negotiable
