Description

We are hiring Compensation and Benefits Officer / Payroll Officer to join our team in Kuwait.
Responsible for assisting in the calculation of compensation and benefits for all employees across the organization.
Checking attendance, leave management, allowances, benefits plan, etc.

Requirements:
- Experience on payroll for more than 800 employees for more than 5 years
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in calculating compensation and benefits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording payroll transactions
- Valid 18 transferable residency in Kuwait
