Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait city. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
2. Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
4. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and deals for clients.
5. Prepare detailed travel itineraries for clients, including all relevant information and contact details.
6. Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, providing timely and effective solutions.
7. Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenses.
8. Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role.
2. Excellent knowledge of travel booking procedures and industry best practices.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
6. Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
8. IATA Diploma, in Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
