About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Technician who can handle the complete screen printing process, from screen preparation to final printing and curing. The candidate should be able to print neatly on fabric and other materials with accurate color registration.

Key Responsibilities

Screen Preparation:

Coat screens with emulsion and expose them using film positives
Wash out, dry, and check screens for pinholes and defects
Reclaim and clean screens after use
Select the right mesh count for different designs and inks

Printing:

Print on T-shirts, hoodies, bags, caps, uniforms, and promotional items
Handle single-color and multi-color printing with accurate registration
Work on manual carousel / rotary screen printing machines
Use plastisol, water-based, rubber, puff, and specialty inks as required
Print on other materials like paper, plastic, PVC, or stickers (if required)

Color & Curing:

Mix inks and match colors with customer samples or Pantone references
Cure prints properly using flash dryer or conveyor dryer
Check wash quality, ink adhesion, and print sharpness

General:

Prepare film positives and do basic separations (CorelDRAW / Photoshop knowledge is a plus)
Keep the work area, screens, and tools clean and organized
Minimize ink and material wastage
Complete bulk orders on time with consistent quality
Requirements
Minimum [2–3] years experience in screen printing
Complete knowledge of screen exposure, emulsion coating, and screen reclaiming
Experience with multi-color registration and ink mixing
Familiarity with flash and conveyor dryers
Basic design or color separation knowledge will be a plus
Hardworking, careful, and able to handle bulk production
