Business Development Sales Executive - IT Outdoor Sales

Job description
Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.


Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Followup, Track and report progress of qualified opportunities to top management until closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within Kuwait
• Team with Vendor Sales to build pipeline and close deals
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Work under time constraints to achieve activity targets and quotas.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.



Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience within Kuwait's local market.
• Experience in Sales & Client Servicing with excellent Communications skills & initiative taking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and follow-up skills.
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business or relevant IT sales experience
• General Knowledge of IT Products/ Services Solutions
• A valid Kuwait Driving License is a must.
• Must have transferable residence


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Good Salary and sales commission package
