Description

• To oversee purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
• To be successful as a Coordinator you should have an analytical mind and keep up with product and service trends. Ultimately, a top procurement should be able to negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of purchase plans for the equipment, services, and supplies etc.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing the products and services to be purchased.
• Assisting for the inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Assisting for Maintaining goods supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

Engages with all staff in a professional manner.
• Maintains excellent relationships with all staff.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience.
- Competency with Microsoft Office.
