Description

Job Qualification/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Admin/ Secretarial skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project.
4. Verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Description/ Responsibilities: -
1. Recording of the requirements, framework conditions and progress of projects within the specified resources ensuring that project results conform to quality, time and budgetary stipulations.
2. Maintenance of an appropriate relationship with contractors and ensuring that the project results are comprehensible to management or steering committee.
3. Cooperation in determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision documents for project release.
4. Producing technical, business and economic feasibility studies for project ideas.
5. Monitoring of project progress and success.
6. Documentation of project progress.
7. Cooperate with management, contractors and steering committees.
8. Drawing up final project report, time management, and task planning and prioritizing.
