*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics for projects and events.
• Support inventory management and procurement processes.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
• Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.


*SKILLS:*


• Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.
• Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.
• Problem solving skills.
• Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations Manager on a daily basis
• Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to outside factors, and following up is key.
• ⁠Willing to come late night time during expo for setup supervision
