We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman/Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction projects and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Manage site resources and equipment efficiently
Monitor progress and prepare reports
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman/Supervisor in Kuwait
Valid Kuwait driving license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving abilities
