We are hiring! Looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Salary: 300- 400KD (non negotiable)
Location: Kuwait city
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
● Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
● Coordinate logistics for projects and events.
● Support inventory management and procurement processes.
● Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.
● Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
● Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
SKILLS:
● Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations
● Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.
● Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.
● Problem solving skills.
● Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations
Manager on a daily basis
● Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to
outside factors, and following up is key.
