Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Manufacturer Welder and Fitter to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Assembly:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of metal components.
Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal parts using tools such as saws, shears, and torches.
Assemble metal components using welding, bolting, and riveting techniques.
Welding:

Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal parts.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Make adjustments to welding equipment to achieve desired results.
Quality Control:

Conduct inspections of fabricated and welded components to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Identify and repair defects in metal components.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Safety and Maintenance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
Ensure a clean and organized work area.
Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification in welding or metal fabrication is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a welder and fitter in a manufacturing setting.
Skills:
Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods. Must be able to work in various environmental conditions (heat, noise, etc.).
