1. Job Position - Supervisor (Admin) – (3 Nos)
Qualification Required – Bachelor’s degree in Administration (BBA) / Management (BBM) or equivalent
Years of experience – 10 Years
Field of Experience - 10 Years Experience in Administration. Shall have proficiency in computerized Software and Company Standard Software in MS office, Prepare Reports & Memos and Proficiency in Typing
Basic Salary – KD 825.

2. Job Position - Supervisor (Contract) – (3 Nos)
Qualification Required – Diploma Engineering (or) Secondary School + 2 years Industrial Training Certificate.
Years of experience – 10 Years
Field of Experience - ten (10) years’ experience in handling contract administrative tasks in Oil & Gas sector with five (5) years’ experience in preparation of tender / contracts and minimum two (2) years’ experience with eBeams or equivalent computerized maintenance management system and shall have proficiency in computerized applications.
Basic Salary – KD 825.

3. Job Position - Senior Technical Assistant (Admin) – (8 No)
Qualification Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent plus eight (8) years’ experience OR Diploma in any discipline plus ten (10) years’ experience.
Years of experience –8/10 Years
Field of Experience - Degree Holders should have eight (8) years’ experience in computerized applications especially in Microsoft Office and should have proficiency in typing. Also, should have minimum four (4) years’ experience in handling administrative activities and correspondences, various reports etc. Diploma Holders should have ten (10) years’ experience in computerized applications especially in Microsoft Office and should have proficiency in typing. Also, should have minimum four (4) years’ experience in handling administrative activities and correspondences, various reports etc

Basic Salary – KD 605.

4. Job Position - Technical Assistant (Admin) – (12 No).
Qualification Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent plus five (5) years’ experience (OR) Diploma in any discipline plus seven (7) years’ experience.
Years of experience – 5/7 Years.
Field of Experience - Degree Holders should have five (5) years’ experience in computerized applications especially in Microsoft Office and should have proficiency in typing. Also, should have minimum four (4) years’ experience in handling administrative activities and correspondences, various reports etc.
Diploma Holders should have seven (7) years’ experience in computerized applications especially in Microsoft Office and should have proficiency in typing. Also, should have minimum four (4) years’ experience in handling administrative activities and correspondences, various reports etc.
Basic Salary – KD 500.
