We, a leading and rapidly growing delivery company, are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait .

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Guide and train the delivery team (drivers/riders) and ensure their adherence to standards and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Resolve daily operational issues effectively and promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations (e.g., customer service, fleet management).
Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
Requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience in operations management, preferably within delivery companies.
Deep understanding of delivery operations workflows and related challenges.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using technology software and applications relevant to delivery operations.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic , English & Urdu.
Should have driver license.
Master in the use of MS Office Tools: MS, EXCEL, Power point, MS Access
