We are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to join our team in a logistics and delivery company.
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations
Strong knowledge of fleet management and daily operations
Experience in handling drivers and delivery performance
Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to handle pressure and manage team efficiently
🔹 Responsibilities:
Oversee daily delivery operations
Manage and supervise drivers and fleet
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with different departments
