We are hiring skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecom Technicians, Riggers, and Telecom Civil Works Riggers for one of the reputed telecom company in Kuwait.

1. Telecommunication Technicians:
•Installation and maintenance of telecom systems and equipment.
•Troubleshooting network issues and providing solutions.
•Handling all indoor telecom activities (BTS, Rectifier Connection, etc.)
•Configuring and optimizing network systems.
•Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Riggers:
•Erecting, assembling, and dismantling telecommunication towers and antennas.
•Performing tower climbs for installation and maintenance tasks.
•Collaborating with the Site team for efficient operations.
•Ensure the installation of telecom equipment meets customer requirements and specifications.
•Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all rigging operations.


3. Telecom Civil Works:
•Execute civil works related to telecom infrastructure, including tower foundations, cable trenches, and other related tasks.
•Climbing the tower for installation of civil poles, and other maintenance works.
•Erecting, assembling, and dismantling telecommunication towers and antennas.
•Preparing site for telecommunication infrastructure installation.
•Excavating trenches and laying cables.
•Constructing foundations for towers and equipment.


Qualifications:
•Relevant experience with Huawei equipment’s in telecommunications, rigging, or civil works.
•Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work at heights and in challenging site conditions (for Riggers).
•Valid driver''s license. (If applicable – Optional)
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
