A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Project Manager Civil and QC Engineer (construction)
Job Description - Project Manager

Project Management Responsibilities:
• Responsible for resource planning, cost estimating, cost control, and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership for site team for managing construction Projects.
• Good knowledge of project monitoring, forecasting, scheduling techniques, managing and allocating resources, and ability to manage the change control process in projects.
• Demonstrate ability to manage concurrently multi-discipline projects involving a team of engineers and subcontractors.
• Determine areas of potential improvement, facilitate implementation of improvements to address the concerns and follow up for outcomes.
• Manage, steer and develop the company's construction team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10-12 years of professional experience.
• Worked as a Project Manager for at least 3+ years having executed multi discipline projects.
• Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• PE registration is a plus, but not required.

Job Description – QC Engineer (Construction)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for quality functions -quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, audits and project quality reporting.
• Prepare project specific quality control plan, plan, verify, act, check and manage.
• Effective implementation of all quality plans, timely inspection and coordination with site team for effective quality management.
• Prepare, compile and evaluate product data, material submissions, RFIs, method of statements, and Safety procedures.
• Implementation of design control verification, validation and review activities.
• Ensure that client quality management requirements are met, and the needs of multiple stakeholders are effectively managed by the project Team.
• Quality assurance and implementation of Company’s corporate Quality Policy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Worked as a Quality control for at least 3+ years having executed multi discipline projects.
• Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
• CQCM certificate from USACE is preferred.
 
Job Description - Generator Mechanic (India)

1) ITI/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
2) Minimum 5 years’ experience in genset maintenance, electrical troubleshooting of generator ranging from 20kva to1250kva (brand- Cummins, Perkins, caterpillar)
3) Good knowledge in genset controls (12v/24v)
4) Experience in reading electrical sld
5) 5-10 years of experience in genset rental company as Generator technician
6) Good experience in DSE 8610 synchronizing module, programming of DSE module, good knowledge in parallel operations of genset
7) Previous experience in KOC (Kuwait Oil company) and PTW (permit to work) holders are having added advantage
