Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Kuwait, sharq

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours from morning till late at night and stay with the CEO as needed. You will be responsible for managing daily schedules, marketing, coordinating with clients, handling confidential matters, and ensuring smooth operations in both personal and professional spheres.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the CEO.
Marketing experience required
Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel, accommodation, and logistics.
Client Interaction: Act as a liaison between the CEO and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Administrative Support: Handle emails, calls, and document preparation with a high degree of professionalism.
Personal Assistance: Provide support with personal tasks, including errands, shopping, and household management.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Requirements:
Flexibility in working hours and ability to stay with the CEO as required.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication abilities and professionalism.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and discretion.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
