The suitable candidate should be graduate degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in Contracts Administration , sub-contractor Management , Should be capable to Contractual documentation / correspondence with client, Cordinate with Operations department to respond to contractual letters from client based on signed contract clauses and Contract law , should be capable to draft sub-contracts based on technical requirements and monitor Sub-contractor performance , Sub-contractor Approval documentation .
