We are looking for the Sr. Quantity surveyor, Contract Engineer, Tendering Engineer, MEP Engineer for our construction project

Sr. Quantity Surveyor

Study the Tender documents.
Check the Architectural Drawings / Structural Drawings.
Quantity Take-Off and Compare with BOQ & advice if any discrepancy
Collect the Subcontract Offers & advice if any missing data.
Prepare the Comparison Statements.
Prepare the Cost summary & cost control
Fill the Tender BOQ cost estimation.
Prepare the Tender Documents for Submission.
Contract Engineer

Study the Tender documents.
Check the Architectural Drawings / Structural Drawings. Quantity Take-Off.
Collect the Subcontract Offers.
Prepare the Comparison Statements.
Prepare the Cost summary, price analysis form by breaking the cost to labour, material, equipment, over-head & profit.
Fill the Tender BOQ.
Prepare the contracts agreements by protecting Company rights
Prepare the Subcontract Agreements by comply with Tender documents and owner requirements
Preparing technical offer including method statements & H.S.E. Plan etc.
Prepare pre-tender & post tender budget for project execution.
Tendering Engineer

Study the documents and prepare the preliminary report and submit to the Construction Manager.
Prepare Competitive & Commercial proposal.
Attend the site visit / meeting and report to the Construction Manager.
clarify technical queries with the Client.
Study the Tender Drawings, analyse construction, architectural & material costs & develop accurate costs.
Quantity Take-off.
Collect the Subcontract Offers.
Prepare the Price Comparison Sheet.
Prepare the Cost Summary Sheet by considering departmental works, subcontract work cost, individual cost & addition / omission if any.
Prepare the Tender BOQ.
Work with the construction team, improve cost & maintain quality.
Create & update project budget — pretender & post tender & forecast financial outcomes.
Prepare the Tender Submission Documents.
MEP Engineer

Responsible for complete Electro-mechanical works including solar.
Review new contracts documents during tendering stage, prepare and present contract review report containing a summary for all contractual / commercial data to C.M.
Attend the site visit / meeting and report to the Construction Manager.
Study the documents and advice any discrepancy / errors is to be reported to the Construction Manager.
Co-ordinating and supporting the tendering period by processing bidder's queries.
Receiving Sub-contactor's offer for MEP, floating enquiries to the suppliers and identifying areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance and responsible for total integration of project cost and reporting to the Construction Manager.
Prepare the Comparison Statements of Subcontract Prices and contact the suppliers.
Prepare Cost Summary of MEP.
Preparing and providing support for commercial and technical bid documents.
Fill the Tender BOQ.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree in the related field

- Proven experience in the field
